In many ways, these three values represent the foundation of our culture here at Awecomm. They are present throughout all aspects of our operations. In the interview process, they are used to help candidates better understand what we value and to see if they’d be a good fit for our team. They are further covered during the onboarding process, as well as during monthly 1-1 status updates, and in our performance management process. Integrating these core values into day-to-day business operations enables us to create a great culture that our team members are proud to be a part of. 

Be Transparent 

Transparency is all about honesty, clarity, and being genuine. This is expected at all levels of the organization – leaders must communicate information clearly and frequently with their team so no one is left in the dark wondering about key elements of the business. We trust our team members completely here at Awecomm, and we expect everyone to take on their fair share of responsibility and handle it professionally. We do what we say we are going to do, own up to mistakes, and face issues head on. 

Be Helpful 

This is all about teamwork and being willing to go above and beyond to help others, as well as our clients. Things don’t always go as planned, so choosing to be flexible and learning to adapt to change is vital for success here at Awecomm. We’re fueled by a genuine desire to deliver the best outcome, because we really care about each other and our clients. Being able to identify when more action needs to be taken or when you yourself need to ask for help is a huge part of this value. 

Be Exceptional 

The minute you’re onboarded, you’re given all the tools and resources needed to succeed, so we expect great things! This means taking on a fair share of responsibility and performing your best, but it also means continually educating yourself so you can grow in your field. Processes are always evolving to be more efficient for both our clients and our team members, and in the rapidly changing tech world there is always a new trend to become familiar with. We each do our part to ensure we remain leaders in the industry.  

We put a strong emphasis on culture at Awecomm because the more we feel like a team, the more we value each other and our work. While serving our clients to the best of our ability is incredibly important, it’s also important to respect and understand one another in the process. Integrating these three core values into our work ensures we are always putting our best foot forward and being honest, hardworking team members.
