Part-time Level 1 Computer Technician
As a Level 1 Computer Technician, you will be assisting the Support Operations Team in set-up and deployment of new equipment (laptops, desktops, etc.) for clients. The set-up will include installing new Windows OS and client software to ensure optimal performance and exceed client expectations. You will also be assisting the onsite support team in completing hardware upgrades or resolving issues that require onsite support.
As a Service Desk Support Technician, you will be the primary contact for Awecomm clients needing technical support and expected to resolve issues on the first contact. We will need you to provide exceptional customer service to clients, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows OS, Android/iOS Devices, and other network infrastructure components…
